Individual therapy allows the space for you to share, grow, explore, and get more understanding. Whether it's clarity you are wanting, a confidential space to talk, or getting rid of bothersome symptoms, individual therapy can help.

Couples therapy is a great way for you and your partner to work through challenges and improve your relationship. Communication tools, financial plans, coparenting, and sexual satisfaction are just a few of the many areas that couples therapy can help you address.

Sheila specializes in working with trauma, whether in the past or present. Trauma affects individuals in different ways, and EMDR is a powerful tool to help many of the symptoms you may be experiencing.

What is the significance of seashells?

Seashells are found washed ashore along beaches around the world. They are what is left of an animal that once lived in them. Seashells represent renewal, growth, and leaving the past behind for something new.
